EXPECTATIONS AND POLICIES

Important Credit Card Information

Effective January 31, 2019, Please be advised that we will  no longer be accepting credit or debit cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you kindly keep this in mind for future servies. We do accept your personal check.

Appointments and Cancellations

To ensure you receive your preferred date, time and therapist we recommend booking appointments in advance. Please know that evening and holiday weekend appointments are the most popular. On your first visit, a credit card is required to secure your appointment.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of service.

Check In

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to fill out any paperwork while relaxing.

Appropriate spa attire will be provided to all guests receiving multiple services. Please leave all valuables at home. Dress for comfort.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and gift certificates are available. Please see home page.

Gratuities

Gratuities are never included in pricing and are at the discretion of our guests based on level of satisfaction. While customary for good service, it is never assumed.

Cell Phones

Please be considerate and place your cell phone in quite mode upon entering the spa.

Health Consideration

Your comfort and well being is our priority. It is your responsibility to voice any health care conditions or concerns or allergies to your therapist.

These should be noted on your treatment form.
